- High Density Fiberboards ( HDF) light green ( not good) absorbs more water vapor in the air ( tends to over inflate after installation) .
- High Density Fiberboards ( HDF) brown white, mostly imported from Europe ( using the basic ingredients of European sawdust) are less resistant to the climate in the area TROPICAL ( still expanding) .
- High Density Fiberboards ( HDF) light brown / dark ( quite good) . More stable and will not expand again after installation.
SECURITY CLASS TYPES OF SURFACE LAMINATED FLOORING scratch.
- AC 1-2, standard, rapid wear so that only 1-2 years color has faded. This type is no longer manufactured, but some stores still sell the remaining stock from the factory with a very low price.
- AC 3, pretty good, can last several years, sold for pretty cheap too. Large plant is not producing it, just sell the rest and produce according to orders only ( not up to date / ancient) .
- AC 4, the best at this time, can last s / d 20 years ( Term & Condition apply) .
TERM & CONDITION BEFORE & AFTER INSTALLATION
- The ground floor is not moist. Will affect the floor to continue to expand.
- The ground floor should be flat. Will affect the final result, especially the floor connection short circuits.
- Anticipating leakage / seepage of water from the windows, air conditioning, ceiling, so that the water does not go in and flooded the floor surface. Properties of the water will find a hole and go seep into the tiniest holes. HDF floor while the material has limited water resistance.
- Not sliding closet / other heavy objects on laminated flooring.
- Using a mat / pad ( plastic / rubber) on all household furniture toe pointy and sharp.
